We provide professional cleaning services, commercial cleaning, trash removal, and specialized cleaning solutions. Service availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Booking & Payments

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time.
• Secure valuables before service begins.
• Inform us of any special cleaning requirements in advance.

Liability & Damages

• We take great care in providing our services, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
• Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• We are not liable for lost or misplaced items.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours for a re-cleaning at no additional cost.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Maryland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of College Park, Maryland.
